Understanding Your Costs
Under federal law, healthcare providers must give patients an estimate of expected medical costs. At KidTherapy, we are committed to transparency regarding your therapy expenses.

Your Rights

  • Receive a Good Faith Estimate:
    You have the right to a written estimate of the expected total cost of any non-emergency services. You may request this at least 1 business day before your appointment.
  • Request Estimates Anytime:
    You can ask any healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services.
  • Dispute Excessive Bills:
    If your bill is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
  • Keep a Copy:
    Save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
